A yoga safari morning in the Kenyan wild
Our story

We travel at nature’s pace

Our mission

Most wellness asks you to add something. We take things away. No screens, no schedule, no rush. Just slow mornings in the wild, a practice that meets you where you are, and time to remember what you already have. Come back to nature, and you come back to yourself.

We don’t sell off-the-shelf retreats. We build yours.

What we believe

Our ethos

Four things guide everything we do, from the first conversation to the final sunrise.

The wild sets the pace

We don’t run to a timetable. Sunrise game drives when the predators are out, yoga to bring the body back afterwards, a silent walk past giraffe and zebra at dusk. The day follows the land, not a clock.

Less, not more

No LED masks, no affirmations, none of the modern wellness apparatus. Our retreats are about doing less. Slow mornings, real rest, food that nourishes. Your nervous system does the rest.

Conservation comes first

We only partner with places that rewild the landscapes they operate in and care about the bigger picture. Enasoit is an exclusive-use conservancy and a vital wildlife corridor: no crowds, no over-tourism, a light footprint, and guides who grew up in this part of Kenya.

Built around you

No two groups are the same. Travelling solo, with friends, or as a family, your itinerary is shaped around your people and your pace, down to the smallest detail.

How it began

Laura Bunting

Founder · 500-hour yoga teacher · Lives in Kenya

I’ve practised yoga since 2015, but the wilderness has been my greatest teacher.

On these retreats, yes, I guide you through meditation and asana. But I can promise that the bird song, the wildlife, the connection with other people and other cultures will be your greatest teacher. I just create the experience.

All levels are welcome, from people who have never stepped foot on a yoga mat to advanced practitioners and teachers.

Come as you are, and let nature lead you home.

In their words

From our guests

The retreat with Laura at Enasoit was nothing short of life-affirming. To wake each morning to the chorus of the bush and begin the day in stillness under her gentle, grounding guidance was truly special — an endless reminder of what it means to be part of nature, not apart from it. I left lighter, more awake, and profoundly grateful.

One of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The location was magical, the group fantastic, and the way Laura brings everything together is absolutely impressive — professional, yet filled with so much love and care. If you’re looking for a place where soul and nature come together, this is the retreat, without a doubt.

Laura has a gentleness and wisdom about her that makes you feel calm and welcomed. The retreat was beyond my expectations and Enasoit camp was breathtaking. The yoga sessions were exceptional — she made you feel part of the wilderness, one with the animals and the surroundings. I am calm. I am loved.
