Our Promise

Wild, without compromise

We believe the deepest rest happens far from the ordinary — and that it shouldn't cost you comfort. Every Wildlife & Yoga journey pairs conservation-minded guiding with camps and lodges you'd choose for their own sake: private, quiet, beautifully run.

Days move between game drive and mat, between adrenaline and stillness — from the Kenyan savannah to the Scottish Highlands. You come home changed, not tired.

From the Founder

Laura Bunting

RYT 500-Hour Yoga Teacher · Retreat Designer · Tsavo-Based

From over five years of living in the wild heart of Kenya, I've learned to move at nature's pace: quiet, present, unhurried.

I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Power Yoga and Yoga Nidra — but more than that, I design experiences that bring people back to themselves. These journeys aren't escapes. They're for those who crave less noise, more wild, and a gentle return to what's real.

You don't need anything to join me. Just come as you are.

Words from the Wild

What our guests say about their experiences

From beginning to end this entire retreat felt like a dream. So many personal touches to every single aspect of every single day made this one of the best weeks of my life.

Jessica

Laura has a kind, empowered, and inclusive approach to yoga that melds itself to everyone and welcomes different people to show up in their bodies and in their lives as they truly are. It's a gift.

Kristy

Incredible experience. Complete magic from start to finish. Stunning game drives in the wilderness, great yoga classes, delicious food, and a beautiful lodge and rooms.

Camilla

Questions We Often Hear

Can I come alone?

Most of our guests do. Group retreats are built for solo travellers to feel instantly at home, and single rooms are limited — they're always the first to go, so book early.

Do I need yoga experience?

None at all. All bodies, all levels, all humans welcome — sessions are optional and adapted daily to whoever is on the mat. If yoga isn't your focus, there's always a game drive, a massage, or a long lunch instead.

What's included?

Accommodation, meals and drinks, daily yoga, game drives and activities, park and conservancy fees, and transfers from your arrival airport — Jomo Kenyatta in Nairobi for Kenya, Kigali for Rwanda, and Maun for Botswana. International flights are not included, and we're happy to advise on routing. Each retreat's itinerary lists its exact inclusions.

How do I hold a place?

A refundable US$250 deposit requests your place while we talk. A 30% non-refundable deposit then secures your room, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Rwanda is the exception: a 50% deposit is required so we can secure your gorilla permits immediately. Enquire to begin.

How far in advance should I book?

Group retreats often fill months out — two of our 2026 journeys are nearly full. For private itineraries, allow three to six months, especially for peak seasons or destinations needing permits, such as Rwanda.

Can you build something just for us?

Yes — that's half of what we do. From one traveller to a group of thirty, we design private journeys from scratch: your dates, your people, your pace. Start the conversation.
