Travel & Logistics

From the moment you arrive in Nairobi, we ensure every detail of your journey flows with ease. You’ll be welcomed, guided, and supported so you can simply relax into the experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before you travel.

Arrival in Kenya

  • International Flights: Guests fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi.

  • Arrival Window: We recommend arriving the day before the retreat begins to allow for rest and time to adjust.

  • Meet & Assist Service: Our trusted team will meet you at the airport, escort you through customs, and transfer you to your Nairobi hotel.

Nairobi Stay

  • Included Night: The retreat includes one night at the House of Waine, a boutique hotel in Nairobi, on your arrival day.

  • Optional Extra Nights: Should you wish to arrive earlier, we can arrange additional nights at your preferred hotel.

  • Local Experiences: For those with time, we provide a curated list of recommended Nairobi activities, including the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and Giraffe Centre.

Transfers to Retreat Location

  • Private Charter Flight: The following morning, you’ll fly from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport directly to Enasoit Conservancy, your retreat base.

  • Baggage Allowance: Please note charter flights have strict limits (typically 15–20 kg per person, including hand luggage and soft bags only).

  • Smooth Connections: Our team handles all arrangements so your journey is effortless.

During the Retreat

  • Accommodation: You’ll stay in luxury tented suites at Enasoit, with en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, and every comfort you need.

  • Meals & Drinks: All meals, teas, coffees, and soft drinks are included. Alcohol can be arranged separately upon request.

  • Activities: Daily yoga, breathwork, guided safaris, and wilderness experiences are included. Additional experiences (e.g., massages, horse riding) can be booked on site.

Departure

  • Return Flight: On the final day, a charter flight will return you to Nairobi before 12:00.

  • Connecting Flights: International departures should be scheduled for the evening to allow for connections. We are happy to recommend Nairobi hotels for extended stays.

  • Optional Extensions: If you’d like to continue your journey to the Kenyan coast (Diani, Watamu, Lamu) or to other safari destinations, we can assist with tailored extensions.
